This scarf is from my collection – it has no fancy pedigree or label. I simply love the design and color combination. Feathers have been a popular motif throughout the decorative arts: from textiles to carpets to dinnerware. This design features a central octagonal group of feathers surrounded by several rows of feathers radiating out in different formations and angles. The use of the deep turquoise blue combined with pink and purple is majestic, unexpected and very stylish.
